When you join the CyberSafe Program, you really are gaining a team to make sure you succeed and stay CyberSafe. We wanted to start off this course by just listing off some resources you need to know that you have access to.

Our Helpdesk

Our helpdesk can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any sort of inquiries related to the CyberSafe Program. It can be accessed by clicking the link above called "Our Helpdesk", or by going to the Genovations Tech website and clicking "Support" in the header menu.


Our Support Line

If you are having issues, feel free to give us a call during normal business hours at 629-206-6167. If we don't pick up, your voicemail will be recorded and an agent will reach out to you to respond as quickly as possible.

If you are having troubles and you would like to speak to an agent during a scheduled support session, feel free to book a session by clicking the link above or here to schedule one.
